Rainbow colours & sentiments

Hello all,

Happy holi to all if you...since this is the month of holi month of colours I am making card today .....
Sometimes it's enough to express your feelings in sweet little sentiments...this card colourful ink  stamped base was created 6 months ago using a homemade diecut stencil and embossed  but was clueless what cld further more I do...today finally it clicked and made these  with glassy jet black 3d  fonts. For this i used a thick foam diecut cokored it 3 layers of black acrylic and two coats of glossy accents and adhered it to basr if my card....atlast all done n happy the way its showing up...simple cascard6

There  was a little confusion about the sentiments layout below is what I tried changing the placements then decided upon doing with above one ... do comment me below ob which one did u like the most of all 3....

Old Art Journal Book Cover tutorial

Hello everyone

 Today  I am on my blogpost with my first art journal book cover which I embellished ....

this was my entry for a challenge at papericious blog...This is my first art journal book and first entry at papericious blog challenge so little excited...The challenge topic was 

Old + New I had created this theme on my old art book.. I had got 2 books binded at a stationary shop 4.5 yrs ago for my kids sticker album.. but one of the book was still lying in blank left little stained and dirty... though I started few pages with art journaling but cover page was not sure what to and how to be embellished on...When I saw this challenge it gave me a kick to do something on my old cover paper and hence I chose this...I have the entire process recorded in my DSLR will soon edit and 

upload the tutorial on my youtube channel of this cover...

I had used collage circles of papericious brand which happens to be one of my favourite prints.

These are the collage circles sheet and prima pattern paper I used in my project.

Few old scrap diecuts from my stash.

Golden jute paper and golden thread.

Golden sparkle fevicryl acrylic paint.

white glue and double sided tape.

Signo white uniball  gel pen.

  My 3rd page of artjournal floral blossom is one of my favourite theme ...I decopauged on sides of my page with my leftover scrap papers...

The journal page artwork  was recreated after 15 years ...i had done this long time and preserved it in my folders.. though of putting it in my book to give a live boost to my memories.... many are still in my folders will work with too....
Still love this so bright and colourful.....

My 5th artjournal ...Something was striking in my mind with creepers so i had worked upon grapevines theme...

My 6th art journal ....This was a simple decopauge done in African tribal theme....

Moraccan Lamps

My 7th art journal....

I am so much in love with moraccan colours and lamp that i didn't miss doing this style ...i had these similar looking hanging lamp diecuts so gave it a try.... happy with the outcome
